Sired by Successful Appeal, a grade II winner at 2, 3, and 4, Champion Florida-bred sprinter in 1999. Successful Appeal was the leading freshman sire of 2004 with $1,727,557 in progeny earnings and six stakes winners from a crop of just 37 foals in 2004. The son of Valid Appeal stood his first few seasons in Florida. His first season in 2001 at Walmac FL. but was moved to Walmac Farm near Lexington for the 2005 breeding season and his fee has jumped from $6,000 to $25,000, to $40,000 for 2007.
